Yum birthday cake for breakfast! what a treat! (I was always allowed to do this as a kid on the day after my birthday!!!).

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 slice weight watchers toast w/margarine, small glass milk and coffee w/cream (at my meeting)

Snack: cappucino (at the hairdressers!)

Lunch: about to go forage? Maybe salad and leftover salmon from last night.

dinner:? might go to restaurant to see dh play w/the band - will probably grab something there - just not sure if they have any really "core' friendly foods?

TO BED EARLY - as I am up at 4 am to get to the airport!

I go to this health food restaurant about once a month and get this great dish, but don't know if it is core or how many points.

Do you know subji. It is a vegetable dish all mixed up with lentils and spices. I am sure there is a bit more oil there than usual, but it is served over brown rice. I think it is pretty close to core. Any thoughts on how to count this.

The girls at the counter don't really know how it is made, but it IS a veggy place, after all, and there is no cheese or butter in it.

That sounds so close to Core that if it isn't, I think I'd consider it to be anyway! Is it spicy hot or just flavorful? It sounds really good!
