Monday 35 min on treadmill

3 sets, 15 reps of each
squats
calf raise
one arm dumbell row
dumbell chest press
dumbell shoulder press
dumbell bicep curl
triceps kickback

all wts 5 lbs
Exercise for Dummies is interesting.
