Default Serene Sunday Menu for March 13, 2005

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade appleasauce

Lunch: Tuna pasta salad (ww rotini, one hard boiled egg, can tuna, FF mayo, mustard, onion, celery, red pepper, salt and pepper)

Dinner: mixed field greeens salad with homemade thousand island dressing, Cornmeal chicken, broccoli, 1/2 baked potato (I'll have to count points because of the pasta at lunch)

Dessert: Caramel Apple Delight

b: coco wheats, milk

l: tangy tuna salad, milk
d: sweet & saucy meatballs over barley, green beans, milk

B: scrambled egg with chopped green chilies and FF cheddar, milk
Sn: crustless pumpkin muffin thingy
L: tuna salad made with onion, boiled egg, and a little bit of dill relish; carrot sticks, milk
D: baked potato with FF sour cream, FF cheddar and a small salad with Light Done Right salad dressing (1 pt)

NO COKE! (Well, not yet anyway!)

Has anyone noticed that all three of us at tuna today? Is it the power of suggestion or are we just all on the same wavelength?

Hey, me too! I was trying to think of something quick, easy, and tasty for lunch, and I saw that Vickie was having tuna. It turned out yummy, just like I thought.
