WW Food and Point Issues - popcorn, pancakes, and butter spray

I recently rejoined WW afte a long "vacation" from it. Last time I was on program I recall discussions over how to calculate popcorn points since the box is so confusing. Someone created a great chart of all the brands. Does anyone have this?

I also recall a pancake from the freezer section that was low points and I have no memory of it. Sound familiar to anyone?

One more question...I know butter spray is 0 points for 5 squirts but is more points if you use more. Does anyone have that information.

I believe the pancakes you are referring to are Aunt Jemima low fat pancakes. They used to be 2 points for 3 pancakes, but since WW reconfigured the fiber count for food, it comes to 3 points. As for the spray, the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray is 1 point for 72 sprays. Hope this info helps you.
