Plans for the week :



Tonight (Tuesday): 40 minutes laps at the pool

Wednesday: 1 hour walk fast pace

Thursday: 40 minutes laps at the pool

Friday: 1 hour walk fast pace.

Saturday or Sunday: 3 hours Downhill skiing



And as a finale: Increasing Push-ups and Sit-ups routine every evening: 3x20 sit-ups 3x10 push-ups.

Thanks for the well wishes. I did the 2 mile WATP then crashed... just woke. I'm off to bed again. I hope I'm not getting an ear infection when my daughter called I could hardly hear her. It was like I had ear muffs on. Someone told me to drink hot tea and it should clear out my ears?? I'm going to try it.

Hot tea makes stuffy heads feel better in general. Never heard that about the ears specifically but whats it gonna hurt? Hope youre feeling better soon!

Mez, I've heard that using a blow dryer on your ears can help. I hope you feel better soon! It sounds nasty.

Exercise update: Yesterday (Tuesday) I only did 1/3 of my pilates workout. I walked for 20 minutes and did 20 minutes of step aerobics.
