I had the MOST INTENSE 1 on 1 weight training session this morning!! Wendell really worked my butt off!!

I feel like a Gumby doll. I didn't do the treadmill after as I had planned because I was already so worn out. I'll probably go walking tomorrow or Wed. after my work out.

I will be hitting the gym this week for the first time since 10/99. I usually get my exercise on the weekends walking. I am the perfect icon for a couch potato and a TV junkie. I will be glad to get back into the gym.

1 mile on the treadmill. getting back into exercise mode again. I have been pretty lax lately due to playing golf with dh.

Only got in 3.5 miles today (Eli had a Dr. appt I went to him with). Got in 11 bursts of jogging, did the 3.5 miles in 41 minutes:)

Wendell the Wrangler worked me hard today! Added more weights to almost everything! 30 minutes of INTENSE weight lifting.
