Wow
I have read a few posts and I have to say that I feel SO lucky to have found this forum tonight. I have battled ED (in @ least four diff forms, severe restriction/bulimia/binge eating disorder/overeating in general) for over 14 years.
I feel like I have ONLY eaten healthy for maybe 6 months out of those 14 years and that was last year. I really want to get back to that place again and I hope to become an active part of this community.
Thank you all for sharing your struggles. I just am so glad to be a part of a weight loss group that understands that being big doesn't mean your only problem is overeating and that a lot of us came from that underweight category once upon a time.
