I LOVE step, but my videos are so old. I'm looking for something new. I consider myself an advanced stepper, and I like "dance-y" routines. Any recommendations from fellow steppers? Thanks!

LindaT 03-01-2005, 02:40 PM I love step too and do alternate it during the week with regular aerobics. My favorite advanced Step Tape is called "Crazy for Step". The instructor is Charlene Prickett. It is 73 minutes long and pretty tough. These women kick my butt. Charlene is 57, cues well during the entire program AND does this on a step with three risers! I got mine at collagevideo.com. I don't think it is very dancy, but it is nice and long and I do get a great sweat going. Collage has lots of videos so if this one isn't a good fit, they have reviews and clips of tons of others. Enjoy. suzie76 03-01-2005, 06:08 PM If you like dancy step, try Christi Taylor-there are clips at Collagevideo.com She has a very upbeat, friendly personality, and is a great cuer. Charlene is excellent at step, too. Her routines are much more athletic than dancy. Sherry vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
