General Diet Plans and Questions - Eating For Life/Body for Life ???

Is the eating plan for Eating for Life the same as the eating plan in Body for Life, just without the emphasis on as much weight training? I have the Body for Life, but dont really have the time to devote to that much training, and was wondering if maybe Eating for Life could slim me down some? Thanks in advance!

Melanie, EFL is a companion cookbook that goes along w/ BFL.

Hi Melanie, It's nice to see a fellow Kentuckian on these boards. :) As ledom said, the EFL book was meant to be a supplement to BFL, but you can do EFL without BFL. Bill Phillips says this himself in the intro of the book.
Even if you're not doing BFL training, he highly recommends exercise of some sort. The EFL recipes taste good and are easy to make. I'm not 100% on program right now but I'm going to get started again soon.

Ive done the BFL program before, but I just dont have the time to devote to the whole hardcore exercise program. I did like the diet though, made me feel healthier, and except for the experience with the hydrolyzed protein bars, I was pleased with it.
