yet another newbie.
hi i'm new both to 3fc and south beach. ok that's not entirely true. i did it for 3 weeks and lost 12 lbs but then became broke so ate mr. noodles and kraft dinner for 2 weeks. luckily ionly gaiend 4 back. now i'm back on it (have been for just under a week) and this time i'm going to do it.

Hi! I'm new, too! I started the SBD on Feb 21st and have lost 7 pounds in the first week. That's great motivation to keep me going for the second week of Phase I! Overall, I haven't found it too difficult and I'm really pleased with the results thus far.
