I picked these up from Trader Joe's, and they were AMAZING with egg salad (just dipping them).. Of course, I just want some reassurance that they're A-OK for Phase II

I'm sure they taste great but honey and butter are not Phase II. Sesame oil is fine but sesame seeds should be limited to a single 3T serving per day.
Sorry. See list in FAQ.

I thought honey and molasses were okay in Phase II if used in moderation? rats! :(

Not to dispute but according to the cookbook honey and molasses are okay in moderation Phase II.

Those crackers sound good.

I was going by the food list, not the cookbook.

Ak-maks are great. I like them w/ hummus or the light Laughing Cow cheese. For those that don't have Trader Joe's near them, I've seen them in regular grocery stores or stores like Whole Foods.

Sorry for the confusion. I agree that the cookbook says OK. However, let's be aware that it also says in moderation in Phase II. I'm not sure how they define "moderation" but do think they could screw up your weightloss if you munched them daily.
