Caramel Apples - Phase 2 and 3

1 cup cold fat-free milk
1 package(1 ounce) sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
2 cups reduced-fat whipped topping, divided
3 1/2 cups chopped unpeeled apples
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts

In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 1 min.( mixture will be thick) Whisk in 1 cup whipped topping. Fold in remaining topping. Fold in apples. Refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with peanuts. Yield 6 servings.

2/3 cup equals 177 calories, 6g fat(1g saturated fat),1mg cholesterol, 287mg sodium, 26gm carbohydrate, 3g fiber, 5g protein

YUM!!!!! Only problem with this recipe is being able to stop eating it til it's gone! For a really decadent breakfast (but legal) try this over ww French Toast!

Hey, Milk Maid now has SF caramels, and they aren't made with Malitol! Yum! :T You can easily melt them and coat apples in the caramel. So fun! :D
