LET'S SEE HOW MANY DAYS WE CAN GO WITHOUT ANYONE BEING "SUCKED INTO" THE DIET WORLD INDUSTRY!!!!

By that I mean....no magic bullets...no magic anything....they don't work, and I know myself, if I had all the $$$$$$$$$$ that I've spent myself on these things....I'D BE RICH!!!!

Whatcha think? Can we do it???? By this, I mean...just good ole fashioned healthy eating and exercise!

I'm with you, Bob... although I do take vitamin supplements, I will never again fall prey to the "lose weight fast" pills or schemes. Now that I have a regular exercise routine and eat healthy foods, and have seen the weight loss that comes attached to that plan, I know that I don't need anything else. All I need to lose the weight and get healthier is me. My dedication. My motivation. My inner strength.
