Providing I'm having a good stretch, I exercise on a regular basis (3 to 4 times a week). That being said, what are the least amount of Phase 2 foods I should be having? Sometimes I'll have 2 fruits, or a fruit and a grain, etc. I've been sort of nervous to go past 2 servings per day. I've read some posts in other forums about not eating enough fruit and/or grains having an adverse effect on weightloss if you exercise regularly.
I was stalled for almost a month and a half, and only recently has the scale started to budge again (my body just doesn't want to let go of the 170's). That's another reason I'm skeptical about adding anymore Phase 2 things.
I'll also confess while I'm here, that I'm a scale addict. Seriously, I step on it everytime I enter the lavatory - even if it's just to wash my hands! Not necessarily to see what damage my lunch may have done, or the after effects of my dinner.. it's a habbit. I don't let it get me down, or really effect my mood. But I can't help it! It's like a cigarette to a smoker... So I've hidden my scale and refuse to step on it for a month. ;)
