So, as for me, I did (last night)
~35 mins HIIT elliptical
~20 mins weights (arms and legs)
~200 crunches at home

I did 1 mile WATP, a beginners Yoga tape, and even got a couple of minutes on the elliptical...

I was out of town for a lot of last week and only got 3 workouts in. This week I'm determined to do better! Yesterday I did step aerobics.

Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the Gazelle while watching Oprah. Did anyone else see that show?? I found it highly motivating to see everyone's weight loss.

Training Plan for the week:

Yesterday: 30 minutes walk fast pace
Tonight: 40 minuts Laps at the pool
Wednesday 40 minutes Laps at the pool
Thursday: Rest
Friday: 30 minutes walk fast pace
Saturday or Sunday: 2-3 hours cross-country ski if weather ok if not; laps at the pool.

Yesterday I did 3 mile WATP and this morning I did the first 2 miles of the 4 mile super challenge. My goal is still to get in one hour of exercise a day but if I do get sick then I'll strive for 15-30 minutes.

Yesterday I swam for 30 minutes, walked for 20. And then I did the same again today!

Hi everyone! I'm new and jumping right in! Last night I did 45 mins on my treadmill.

This is my third week in a row of swimming at the Y. I have went both days this week and have done laps for 45 minutes and then the arthritis class for 45 minutes.

YAY!! We're all movin' our kabooses!!!

40 mins HIIT elliptical(540Cals!)
weights: arms 45 lbs 5X10 reps
legs: 35 lbs 5X10 reps
250 crunches
10 mins deep stretching

I need to learn all of the correct names for muscle groups, and what exercise works them. Then, I can describe what I do better.

All of this earned me a YUMMY Strawberries&Cream CreamSavers Yogurt! :hun:

I'm back and ready to move. I figure if I post here I'll do it even if I have to hold my grandson in my arms the whole time. I play on doing WATPs not sure how many miles I can get in but going to start at 3 mile. Where's JEN????

Change of plans!! I was getting ready for my workout and went to my car to get my things. (I packed everything all my workout DVD's and weights ect... in a gmy bag so I could work out at my daughter's) It's GONE!!!!!!!!! Since I didn't workout while I was helping w/my grandbaby. I didn't notice it missing.....I'm very upset but I'm not going to let this stop me!! I figure something out.

Mez - I hope you figure out something soon! That's too bad about your equipment.

Last night I did 20 minutes strength training, followed by a brisk 10-minute walk on the treadmill.

Tonight, I'm doing 45 mins :tread:

Monday: a bit of a rest day, apart from a 30 minute walk on my lunch hour
Tuesday: my hour workout in the gym - bike, treadmill, resistance bands, trampoline (I hate that thing) and the step thingy (I hate that more!!!)
Wednesday: same routine at the gym
Thursday my gym will be shut (boo) whilst they install new treadmills and bikes (yay) so I am going to get up super early and go for a swim (yay) before the two hour trip to work (boo)
Friday my plan is to go to the gym at 6 pm after work, who works out on a Friday night :( I have no life!!!!!! (only kidding!!!)

I'm really trying to make exercise a big part of my weight loss. I think it is getting to finally be a habit for me, which is a good thing! I'm even enjoying it.

On Monday--I didn't do anything....
Tuesday: nothing again....but I got back into it today with a vengence!

Wednesday: 6 miles WATP (once in the morning and once in the evening), "You Can Do Abs" core workout 2x, upper body 1x

I'm going to try for 3 miles tomorrow and 3 miles Friday. I am helping my sil move on Saturday, so I won't be getting a formal work out, but will still be getting some exercise!

I like your exercise routine Mesmerise, that's the sort of exercise buddy I need, one who HAS to turn up!!!

I did it, I got up at the crack of dawn, 6.30, and shimmied the 15 minute walk to the pool, did 45 minutes in the pool, and walked home again. Our gym re opens tomorrow, can't wait to try out the flash equipment!

I did 30 mins of resistance training last night and an hour on the treadmill this morning. :)
