and i have luv handles that refuse to go away. i've just recently started making the gym a habit but i'm nervous about venturing away from stair climbers, ellipticals, and bikes. i need to get my mid-section in shape and i was wondering what machines work best -or- are there SIMPLE (i get confused easily) free weight exercises i can do to get rid of this flab?
Amanda -- to loose your "love handles" or anything other fat, for that matter, you can not "spot" reduce... Losing fat takes a combination of cardio, weight training, and very clean unprocessed eating... If you are confused about the whole weight training thing, get a trainer, ask a friend to help you out... but just DO IT and have FUN in the process of learning all this new information...
