This is my new favorite meal!
1 head of cabbage, shredded
2 small precooked smoked porkchops (look for lowfat) diced
2 tbls smart balance butter
1 tbls Olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp caraway seed
1 med onion sliced
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Melt 1 tbls smart balance in the olive oil. Add onion and sautee until carmelized. Add chopped garlic clove and saute additional minute. Add the meat and saute 2 minutes. Add the cabbage, nutmeg, caraway seed, and rest of the smart balance and saute at least 10 minutes or until the cabbage is done to your preference, stirring often. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Sometimes I will add 1 tbls of parmesan cheese to my serving and it adds a nice flavor.
