are there any foods that you would never ever give up even in a lifestyle? Here are mine...

ice cream (any kind don't matter I LIVE for ice cream!)
peanut butter (super chunk and straight from the jar :devil:)
gold fish crackers (chedder with calcium and the baby's)

*sigh* If I could eat this all day everyday I would be a happy girl

ice cream, peanut butter and tacos...mmmm it's a good thing I can find healthy versions of each of these although the reduced fat PB is more of a temptation to me than the regular stuff because of all that sugar!!

CHIPS (I mean FRIES, but the fat kind, not the skinny laden with fat ones from Mac D's)

(I've given them up for lent and it's soooooooo hard, especially when ppl at work come back from the canteen with trayfuls of the darn things....)

Homemade Bread (from the breadmaker)

Marks and Spencers anything really :rofl: especially their chicken & bacon subs and their stonebaked pizza.

haha Star, I could go for a chocolate diet. That would honestly be the best diet ever if it worked :P

I have a lot of foods that I can't live without. Pasta, pizza, chocolate, bread, turkey stuffing (my mom actually cooks turkeys three or four times a year, not just on thanksgiving!), and more. I just try to keep everything in moderation.

Foods I could not live without:

Red wine
Good salad dressing (I can't stand the commercial "low fat" ones)
Good cheese - (again - can't stand the low fat versions)

I still eat all of these but in smaller amounts :)

OMG! I forgot about my one staple food that I could never live without - peanuts. I freakin' love peanuts. But they have to be in the shell. I love shelling them. To me they taste better. That and maybe I've got that whole it's not the kill but the thrill of the chase thing going on, lol.

Not including the essentials (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, etc.), I could probably give up anything. However, I'd have to say I would really miss:
* fish
* chocolate
* red wine
if I could never have them again.

Chocolate
Peanut Butter
Cheese
Coffee

There is a chocolate something in this house in some kind of form. Chocolate Whey Protein powder and chocolate pudding cups.

There has got to be a jar of peanut butter in this house. I'll have a table spoon of it every once in a while. Sometimes I'll add one table spoon of it into the chocolate protein drink

cheese. There is always a pack of slice cheese in the fridge. I think one slice of cheese isn't asking for to much if you want to grade it into the salad, bend it in four pieces and put it on top of crackers. It's very versatile I think.

Whoops, that's 4 - oh well. I'd include coffee, but it doesn't impact my calories as I drink it black. :)
