I've printed this up and taped it to my fridge because although many of them are obvious, there's lots of tips here I didn't know about, plus there's ideas I'll definitely try (like yogurt cheese):

Thanks for this - its great! I am a garlic lover.....so am going to try that roasted garlic spread....let us know how that yogurt cheese turns out!

Thanks for sharing Jill - I was actually gonna post this link too.. Read it on my coffee break yesterday! ;) I find i've been doing a lot of that since I quit smoking so don't have much to do on my breaks...

I figured you might see this, Celina - but I wanted to enlighten those who don't have access to "Canadian Living" ;)

I had a little chuckle when I saw #40 - remember the Weight Watchers recipe cards from 1974? Maybe I'll whip up a batch of "Mackerelly" or "Fluffly Mackerel Pudding" :lol:
