First posting..... Hi.
I discovered this board a few weeks ago, and I have been reading ever since.I think this just might be the place I have been looking for.My name is Nancy, 52, wife, mother and gamma to 2 of the worlds most adorable grandchildren. Weight right now is 229,three days ago I was 231, and not to sound boastful, but I am very proud of the two pounds that I have lost.This board keeps me motivated. I am very committed to taking the weight off this time, I think I just needed to reach a point where I wanted to do it for me.I don't really count calories, to hard for me to figure out, I'm just careful what I eat, drink tons(water that is) walk a lot and stay as active as I can.Opps didn't mean to write a book, just wanted to introduce myself, and thanks for getting me excited to loose this weight.
