Introductions - New Here! Too bad I didn't know this site existed before!

Yikes, this is cool! When I first started my diet in November I looked for a weight loss forum, but never found one. This place rocks and it's well used!

I have lost 29 pounds since November (25 of these pounds I lost in 9 weeks) and am nearing the end. I have been using SLIMFAST and love it! I would recommend the diet to anyone!
