I'll go ahead and start the exercise thread. For those of you who are new to this, you would post your goal and then come in and edit your post whenever you exercise. The person with the most minutes becomes the Exercise Queen for the month. I'll be announcing the January Exercise Queen in the next few days so make sure you get your January totals in.

I'm in. My goals are small because I'm supposed to go easy on the knee but I plan to do 15 minutes of exercise on the treadmill daily for a total of 420 minutes or 7 hours in the month. I will also get at those exercises the physiotherapist gave me. Not having an exercise mat is not an acceptable excuse. (I bought one but it's still in the trunk of the car!)

I will do it too. I aim for 4 days of exercise a week. That is 3 days of running/skiing plus one day of something else.

ETA that I didn't realize it was by minutes. I think it works out to about 650 minutes of exercise in Feb.

OK, I'm in this month. Last month was a complete waste between being away and not feeling well, my exercise was a complete disaster. I started back to the track yesterday, but was coughing so much by the 15 minute mark, that I only did 30 minutes and quit. However, this month, I will try for the hour workout at least 5 times per week, and hope to get enough motivation back to pick up the weight/flexibility training again.

Good luck to everyone...and Ruth, isn't it a tad uncomfortable exercising in the trunk of the car?

I'm in for this month too. I've got to get my exercise in! All I'm thinking about is bathingsuit...April....cottage cheese butt....no good! My goal is to get back into Tae Bo 3-5 times a week and add back in some weight training 2 days a week.
