Default Menus for Saturday, January 29, 2005

b: malt o meal, leftover fruit salad, milk
l: tuna salad w/ff mayo, celery, pickles etc, pear, milk
s: clementine, diet cherry 7-up
d: ??? (dh is out of town, so I'm making mac & cheese w/hot dogs for the kiddos - don't think I should partake!) probably I'll have leftovers

Trying to beat a horrible sugar downspiral I'm on. Everyone's so right - you have a little, then a little more, and pretty soon you can't live without it! Darn those milk duds! I am going to go completely Core for the next week and see if I can "detox" my body again.

Great idea on the detox, Angela. Sugar is a powerful addiction. Here's my day.

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim; add 1 small banana

Lunch: Poached eggs on 1 point bun

Snack: Chocolate banana skim smoothie

Dinner: Field Greens with FF Honey Dijon, Pork Chops, Roasted Baked potato with olive oil and garlic, applesauce, green beans

Dessert: Caramel Apple Delight

I'm detoxing too ... I've been overdoing it a little on the beer and have to re-break that "after work" habit. But I refuse to give up my coke, so all WPAs will be spent there.

B: um, nothing. I'm work again and forgot my breakfast.
L: tomato soup
D: I'm making french onion soup right now and it smells really good!! Should be Core except for the slice of Provolone on top -- plus I'm omitting the bread from mine.

Talking Wild And Wacky Weekend?

A weird and wonderful day - as most weekends I am a bit off track, but got all those new points again!

Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs
decaf w/cream

snack: 1 litre sparkling sf mountain berry flavored water!

Lunch:
meditteranean salad (michelina's)
diet pepsi

Snack: 1 pepperoni stick
1 HUGE orange

Dinner to be:
broiled salmon steaks
potato
brocolli

Later: might go to movies so I will definitely enjoy some popcorn!
