Supper~ Broiled curry "Happy Sheik" chicken w/tossed salad

Snack~ the rest of my supper chicken and a cheese string

Totals 848 calories, 16 carbs, 7 fibre

Lunch~ 1/2 can tuna w/mayo & cream curry broccoli soup :T

Supper~ broiled chicken breast w/mushrooms, bacon, 1oz colby jack & tossed salad

Snack~ .5 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/3 cup chopped peaches & splenda

Totals 1014 calories, 42 carbs & 14 fibre (28 total carbs) Was hungry today!

Lunch~ 1/2 can tuna w/mayo & creamy curry broccoli soup

Snack~ other 1/2 of the cottage cheese and peach cup I made up yesterday. :T this is delicious, it tastes like peaches and cream icecream!! or a peach creamscicle!

Supper~ curried turkey meatballs w/ceasar salad

Totals~ 851 calories, 34 carbs, 12 fibre (22 total carbs)

Im getting very lazy with my food....thats not a good thing!! I think Im going to have to get hubby to do a little more cooking before I get bored with all this.
