I lost 2 this week, down to 207. I can almost taste ONEDERLAND. I'm a little surprised, because I was sick all weekend and couldn't exercise, but then again, I didn't really feel like eating, either. Hope I'll be back in the workout groove tomorrow!

im at 222 lost total of 3lbs...going slow but maybe that's bette..it's been 1 lb a week..
hopefully will reach my goal of 218 for vday
I haven't really been OP but I haven't gained any weight since the challenge started. I'll try even harder now I still got 3 weeks left to lose my 8 lbs to meet my Valentine challenge. Good Luck and I'll talk to you all later....

I did not get to weigh last week and I hope to see something this Friday. I have had two really bad days in the last 5 days but I'm hopeful the good will outweigh the bad. Or should that be underweigh.

Down 2 more lbs!! Total of 8.6#s since Dec 4th, which is when I rededicated myself to taking care of myself.

I haven't weighed yet but I just figured out that 4 months from tomorrow is my birthday and I want to have lost a total of 100 lbs since my last birthday so in order to do that I will need to lose 2 lbs a week for the next 17 weeks which is doable.

I'm down one pound this week. I was kind of disappointed by that ~ was hoping for more. It is hard when you are being so good (starting into my 4th week of OP and haven't messed up once food wise, and have been walking more too) but don't see the scale move much. That is better I guess than if it went up. I'm not giving up though ~ I have to keep going this time. I will try to be content with the good feeling that I am taking better care of myself by eating right.

Down 1 pound to 242. I'm happy about that. I stuck to my plan all week. I just need to add exercise. Not really a calorie restricted diet but a healthier eating since I'm 18 weeks pg.

Just wanted to pop my head in and say Congrats to all you loooooosers! :D
As for me, I don't weigh in until Wednesday but I've been pretty good for the last 5 days with the exception of popcorn at the movies on Saturday and Ice Cream Cake for dessert on Sunday.. Otherwise though, I've been well within my calorie daily limits so we'll see! Keeping fingers crossed...

My week (even though it was only half a week from Th-Sun) was successful. I lost 4 lbs last week. I have 14 more to lose to be back to what I was before the holiday weight gain. I think starting the Valentine's day challenge late I've set a goal a little too high but I'm going to keep it the same and see what happens.
I'm dedicated to walking my 5 days @ 4 miles a day on the treadmill and keeping my food under control. I had a succesful food day today and it's one of my two days off the treadmill so I'm feeling good!

Lost 1 lb since a week ago. So that brings me down to 285 lbs from 294 lbs at the beginning of this month.

wow.. you all are doing awesome!
Had my 37 week appt tonight... all is well. Baby's heart beat is 152.. my blood pressure and protein is still good. I gained 2 lbs... to put me at a grand total of 9 lbs.
The dr said tonight that he expects the baby to come early... not within 7 days.. but any time after that. I am now 3 cm dialiated - which would just help the labor go that much faster. I am also 70% effaced.
I am still guessing Feb 8/9th.. but that still may just be wishful thinking.

As for me - down 3 lbs. this week!!! YAY! I'm so happy with that as I did have a couple "bumps in the road" over the last week...

Dana I can't believe you are that close already. It seems like just yesterday. I'm so happy for you being able to keep your weight gain to only 9 lbs. That is great.

Dana, has it been that long? Oh, my! Are you all prepared? I'm so excited for you. And only 9 lbs. gained--you've done an incredible job! You're an inspiration to all the other mothers-to-be here.

Am I prepared??? not even close!!!! My dd will be moving into the guest room... which still needs to be dry walled!! We figure the baby will be with us in the bassinet for a few months (like dd was) so that can buy us some time. Physically, I'm ready... mentally, not even close! I have such a relaxed attitude this time around compared to the first baby. I figure I'll deliver the baby and my husband will have everything ready while I'm in the hospital - see, more wishful thinking! :lol:
It sounds so weird to say this.. but I can't wait to diet!! I don't think I'm going to do a formal plan for some time. I really just want to exercise... go for walks.
I think all of you are doing so awesome this January. Your commitment is what keeps me staying here. All of you are my motivation to not let myself get carried away and just pig out. Sure - I'm eating pretty good. But by coming here I know that there is a reality in a few short weeks where I have to "face the music" I thought I would get depressed watching you all lose weight - but it has been the opposite - you all keep me focused on being healthy - and that's the real reason we all are here, right? ;)

OMG Dana you are getting closer and closer. I know the hospital where I delivered. If you made it to a 4 they would go ahead and admit you. I stayed at a 1-2 and 50% forever with Lilly and didn't make it to a 3 until the morning I was supposed to be induced.

Well, Ive been on a plateau for about 3 months now. Just barley inching my way down. I finally lost a half pound this week, bringing my below 190, but just barely! Even though its a TINY loss, Im hoping its the beginning of another "loss cycle". :dizzy:

This week was 0.2 lost, and the Jan total is 4.8. So, I'm happy.

I'm down 3 lbs for the last two weeks. I am thrilled with that considering the two binges I had. So I'm now down 89 lbs and now that I'm a member of the YMCA I know I'm going to finish this task.
