I too have beeen MIA
BIL passed away and I had to go out of town.
I did however stay on track which was very diifficult with all the restaurant eating and the treats that were still around from Xmas.
I have only lost a couple of pounds since taking this challenge so am now back where I started Pre Xmas.
Sorry about your job Karen.
Any prospects ?

I too have been MIA ... but still on plan.
Bought a new digital scales yesterday.. and am 3lb heavier for them..but it's not too bad...
I am keeping my start weight the same as my siggie is done on that..
So allowing for the extra 3lbs.. I have lost 14lb's since 31st Jan. Really pleased, and am on my TOM at the moment so you never know might add to that real soon.
Am sticking to induction.. and doing well!
