Default I found a great website
I was looking around for a place to tell me how many calories I nee per say, and I found:

It has a healthy body calculator on it, and it was really interesting (and a little depressing) to see my readout. Give it a shot!

We think Joanne Larsen is great! Her site has been around for ages, and we still refer to it from time to time
