lnew here and desperate l lost some weight in the last two years . l keep telling my husband l need a surport group and he doesn't understand what l mean...........help. l weigh 264.5 two years ago and underwent knee replacement. l'm waiting to have other knee done in june. Ln the mean time l have to lose more weight. l weigh 179 now and l'd like to lose thirty pounds.
l also have my 45th anniversary coming up in sept l would love to look much better... can a old gal do it??????????
yes you can do it!!! these boards have been such a huge help for me. there are so many great ideas and encouragement. great job on the loss so far!! you have done great! keep looking forward with small goals in mind, you will do it!!
