I don't know if it is the same program you have or not, but Iknow Beachbody put it out. I have the Slim in 6 DVD, and I still get those Beachbody emails. I use it every once in a while to do when I'm bored with other stuff or I want to use other muscles.
There is this section where they do lunges, and I hate it! I had surgery on my big toe joint, and I can never do lunges on that leg! Other than that, the video really gets my heart going and I always feel like a beginner...probably because I never keep going with it!
I just recently got a stability ball, and I've been using a tape for that a lot and walking.
