Good morning everyone!! :coffee:
For those who asked, my Curves appointment went great! I loved it! The 30 minutes went by so quickly, I couldn't believe it! I also found out that one of the instructors teaches an abs class each day! Woo hoo! I think I will attempt (LOL) that later in the week.
The kids are at school, the husband is at work, and I've got soup to make today - the WW tomato/cabbage soup and some chicken noodle.
So far so good today.
I hope all of you have a wonderful day. :goodvibes
01-11-2005, 10:42 AM
GOOD MORNING LADIES! Today is going to be another great OP day. I stayed completely op yesterday except for I did eat 1 graham cracker but that's not as bad as eating the apple pie I wanted to eat. I think I did great yesterday, considering that TOm is here and normally I want any kind of junk food in my sight during this time...lol. I didn't go to bed until after 2 this morning so and I had to be up by 6:30 this morning! Needless to say I am beat. I am going to lay down for a little bit after I post here.
Roxy~ I know how you feel. I love a clean house but lately it seems like why should I clean? I truly believe that my kids must have radar or something because as soon as I get cleaning with one room they come right behind me and mess up. It's so frusterating sometimes. I know what I hate? I make sure my house is always clean but the moment it gets messy someone stops by to visit. Between watching kids and my own kids I feel like I never get a break from cleaning. At least you have older kids who can or will help you. Normally with DH on the road during the week I have to do everything but since he's home on medical leave it should be a little easier.
Penny~ Here's to a great OP day!!
Mel~ Girl, I am soooo sore..lol. The first week is always the hardest for me. My legs feel like jelly. I must admit that I always get such a rush out of working out at the gym and especially running. I can't believe I ran 2 miles again my first try! I haven't ran 2 miles in like 8 months(on a regular basis). I ran 1 mile, walked a bit and then ran the last mile. I find that when I run that I lose so many inches and weight quicker. I don't know how long hubby's out of work for yet but I know I will enjoy this as long as I can go.
Jill~ How are you and your family doing??
Crystal~ Hurry back from the dr's and let us know how it went.
Michelle~ How's your day so far?? Have a great OP day!!
Gretchen~ I am soo glad you like curves! I need to find an ab workout class :). You're doing great!!! Let's make this another great day!!
Stephanie~ Welcome to the group!! I'm Jeniqua 28 SAHM to Jasmine 5, Juliesa 4 and JT 2. I have been married to a wonderful man for almost 6 years. As if that's not enough I also babysit during the day..lol. Have fun at the gym today!!
Chris~ How are you doing today girl?
Well I better go get some sleep so I can function today..lol. I'll bbl!
01-11-2005, 10:45 AM
I'm here...but we're all sick again. I'm so sick of being sick!!!
I need to get my crap together ladies. On Aug 30th I was at 205.5, now look where I am.
I told dh this morning and he was like "over 20 lbs??" since I went back to work. I told him it was because of all the stress of going back to work, getting the kids to the sitter, getting all their stuff ready ahead of time, all the food here at work, not having time to prepare good meals...we'll see if he'll pitch in more. I just need to stop! Also, since I've been sick the first time, I haven't been exercising much.
Sorry to not get personal AGAIN, but I'm at work this morning and wanted to check in.
01-11-2005, 10:59 AM
Welcome Stephanie, I'm Crystal, 27 yo sahm of 3; almost 4. Alisa 6, Ally 3, and Andrew 2; I'm due on the 1st of Feb with Allison. I joined before I got pregnant but stuck around afterwards and thankfully have made this one of the best and healthiest pregnancy yet. So glad you found us and hope you stick around here. Oh, I live in Texas where I homeschool and been married 9 years. Can't wait to learn more about you.
Hello Mel, Penny, Geri, Gretchen, Roxy, Jeniqua and all you other desperate housewives. I'll let you know how the appt goes as soon as I get back. Keep your fingers crossed that this baby is on her way down.
01-11-2005, 11:03 AM
Good morning ladies...
Penny, Malmstrom is closer to my house. My sister was there for awhile when my BIL was in the air force. It's a nice base. My BIL got an honorable discharge so they are back here in Billings and he is a working as a director of information systems for some company.
Chubba, Don't fret girl. That weight will come back off. Sorry to hear you are all sick again. We seem to be catching every cold that walks by our house too.
Roxy, You're house sounds like it has the same "disease" that hits our house on a daily basis. I can clean and clean and 5 min. of children and its destroyed. It's like...what's the point?
Okay...I'll get personal with the rest later. I just looked at the time. I gotta get the van warmed up to get the kids to school....
01-11-2005, 11:18 AM
Crystal, keeping my fingers crossed for you and your appointment!!
01-11-2005, 11:28 AM
Good Morning Ladies!
First of all, let me thank all of you for the compliments on my pics I posted on Sunday night. I really do feel better and after seeing my pics it made that 40 lbs feel like it was never there....LOL!
Stephanie: Welcome! I'm Deana, sahm to Erik 16, Andrew 9, Matthew 7 and Abby 5. I live in Missouri and have been married to Scott for 6 years. You're gonna love it here! This is the best group of women on the planet :D . Glad you loved Curves, I do! I tried to go yesterday but dd was whiney so I stayed home and painted. I AM going today though! It's my WI and measure day today.
Crystal: Hope Allison is on her way so you can be comfortable again. I (barely) remember those days. Let us know how the appt. goes. Hope dh has good luck with getting into fireman school.
Jill: Soooooo glad to hear you, Ron and Bayley are home now! The worst I have had was that Andrew and Matthew both had to have double hernia operations when they were each 2 y, 7 mos. old. Outpatient stuff they told me was hereditary, their dad had them. I know you must have been so scared for her. Just glad you're home now. Get some rest! How is the school treating you because of this. Hope they aren't giving you any trouble over it.
Mel: WTG on the inches! Pounds to soon follow. Hope you're in Onederland today :D .
Penny: WTG on getting to the gym!
Geri: Kick that sickness out the door! You must be miserable! Have you been to the dr. to see if it's more than a cold?
Jeniqua: Glad to hear dh is home! Hope he continues to get better soon. WTG on getting to run! Have fun at the gym too! I'm with you on the little tornadoes following around undoing everything you just did
Chris: Hope your hands are better today!
Gretchen: Hope the sinus infection is much better today!
Kristin: It is so great that you and Syd are taking care of Grandma! That will be an experience she will never forget and will help to make her a more caring, compassionate person in the long run. I soooo hope you and your family have a much better year and things get back on track for you. That is wonderful that dh wants to do a lifestyle change with you. It makes all the difference to have someone helping you on your journey.
Roxy: My e.t!!! ;) Glad you got the girls' room manageable. I won't clean my kids' room anymore! They hate it when I do because I start pitching things and don't give in to keeping them unless they were more pricey. But I have learned to HATE McDonald's Happy Meal toys  I have a bunch saved back still in packages but they can't have them. They are worth a bit, and more still in the package. May have to list them on eBay when I get my camera back.....hmmmm!
Michelle: Where are ya? Hope you're having a great day!
Well, gonna get rolling. Been painting more this morning and need to get moving to Curves. I'll try to get back later and post my WI and measure.
HAVE A GREAT OP DAY!!!
01-11-2005, 12:32 PM
Thanks everyone for the welcom! I went to the gym this morning and had a great workout. I am trying to lose this weight for my upcoming high school reunion in May. I am on my way though. Having a work out buddy like Penny is helping so much too! So thanks for being there Penny!
To everyone else keep up with your good work and together with support and motivation we will all achieve our goals!
01-11-2005, 01:13 PM
Okay, I'm back for a bit. I did a 25 min. pilate workout. Oh My Gosh! I can feel it still. My abs are going to be sore tomorrow. It's kind of fun though. I have to modify some of the exercises a bit because I just don't stretch that well... :D
Stephanie-Glad you get to work out with Penny. I wish I had a work out buddy but I get stuck using the good ol exercise dvds.
Gretchen-How are you doing? So a sinus infection huh? Nasty stuff. I hate being sick.
Deana-Where are you? (you getting so skinny, you'll be disappearing into thin air... ) Way to Go girl. You are such an inspiration to me. P.S. I think McDonald's toys were create out of spite for moms.
Roxy-I just squared away most of Kayla's room again. I'm sick to death of cleaning up everyone's messes but then I get sick of looking at it all and start all over again.
Crystal-Let us know how the doctor appt. goes.
Jill-Glad you are home. Just think...Bayley will be back to herself in no time. :)
Mel-You are doing great. Good job losing those inches. ONEderland is coming..girlfriend! I'm back down to my same old 201 again. I guess I had some water weight from TOM. I seem to be stuck on the same old number too. I want to be down in ONEderland by Feb 2nd for my rheumatologist appt. I want to shock em all....
Penny-I'm working today. I've been drinking water like a fish. Did a pilates workout and am going to do the challenge workout after I get Kayla from school. I've only used 2 WW pts. so far too. I am :crossed: crossing my fingers that I'll be in ONEDerland soon.
Kristin-Sounds like you're doing better. Hope you and the family are doing good. I wish my kids could have spent more time with my Grandma. Heck we don't spend much time with any relatives lately. My mom has my sisters' kids at her house all the time so I don't feel like taking mine over there and causing her anymore stress than what she has. As far as my MIL, she has emphysema and is on oxygen so being around the girls for very long is kind of tiring for her.
Michelle-You know what? You don't post much anymore and we sure miss it. You're my Montana Mommy Mascot and Motivator. Write us something...Please.... :D
Jeniqua-Hey girl! Good job on the workout and staying with your program. You're doing awesome too. BTW...I saw your pics and your kids on the MLW site and you're such a pretty gal. You're kids are adorable too. Such cute little smiles. I had no idea you had a twin sister though? WOW!
I think I got everybody. If I didn't. I'm sorry. Okay, I have to check some more things on this crazy "puter. TTFN and I'll check back this afternoon.
01-11-2005, 03:26 PM
Hi, all. I am still around. I have just been busy again. I wasn't able to work out part of last week because I hurt my back. How? you may ask. One day last week it was cold enough to freeze my car doors shut. I hurt my back trying to wrench them open. Not fun. Anyway, I didn't post because I didn't want to dampen all of you who are doing so well. Welcome to the newbies. Everyone seems to be doing good. I will get personal and post more sometime this week.
01-11-2005, 03:31 PM
Hey all back from the gym ....I did 20 minutes of walking for the challange, then 33 minutes on the Precore, then another 27minutes of walking and 15 minutes of foam roller exercises. I burned over 600 calories. No training today!
Hope everyone is having a good one. It's cold wet and snowy here. AND I was folding laundry in my family room while watching tv and a mouse went by and walked into my utility room. Ewwww..EEAAAK!!! the hair is still standing up on my arm. I guess it's cold and it needed a warm spot. My friend gets them now and then, but this is a first for us....ooooooooo YUCK!!! I have to head out for traps.
01-11-2005, 05:19 PM
Sorry a late post from me, I've been busy today putting together some graphics stuff and the Montana Region Friends of Allie Cancer Awareness group. I did the graphics layouts for my works menus so I needed to run to the printer and then to work to show them the proofs I had for them.
I got my walk in also! woo hoo!! I'm gonna do a 30 minute pilates workout then some yoga.
Chris you are sooo funny ;) Our power didn't go out because of the weather it was a pretty clear night, we think a transformer blew, this is like the second time in 6 months it's happened. We heard something that sounded like a gun shot so we're pretty sure it was the transformer. But at least its back on now! Its supposed to get very cold the rest of the week and more snow coming too! Ughhhh!!
Geri, Hey girl!! I'm glad to see a post from you!! Jump back on the wagon! Any time you need us we're here for you!!
Mel, you are kicking butt at the gym!! Woo hoo!! You inspire me!
Penny hope you had a good workout!
Crystal how was your appt?
Jill, of course you are staying in the challenge :) we understand things like this!! :D We missed you and are soooo glad to have you back!
Stephanie, welcome!! Its great to have you here, even if you do hang out with people like Penny ;) LOL jk!! I'm Michelle mom to Taylor 3 and Teagan 1, I live in Montana and ummmm well that's it I guess lol.
Deana, your pics were fantastic!!! You are looking Mahvalous dahlink!!!
okay girls I got some school work to do then I'm gonna do my pilates, I'll be back in a bit!
Love to all
01-11-2005, 07:01 PM
Darn it! I keep forgetting that I was supposed to tell you gusy all that Ginny says hello. She's been too busy with family things and can't keep up with things long enough to post. I had to email her and let her know that I got my first issue of WW magazine in the mail. That is the best gift I got this year. I could probably thank her forever for it.
Michelle-I did a pilates workout this morning. Talk about using some muscles that I didn't know existed. My abs definitely feel "used"
N2L-I've had some of those frozen door incidents. I haven't hurt my back though. OUCH!
Mrs. Mel-Good job on the workout! What the heck are foam roller exercises?
My side is killing me. This whole women's monthly cycle thing is not my bag. I just got over TOM and now the ovulation part is happening AGAIN! I started back on my pills so this won't happen, but have only been back on them for 2 days now. I know, I know...TMI! Who else am I going to vent to though?
01-11-2005, 07:23 PM
I was going to say sorry for being M.I.A. but it kinda looks like I've been here all along, everyones been talkin to me! Well, as far as the girls bedroom goes, thats a "hotspot" if you're into flylady talk. Really though I truly think girls are every bit as messy as boys are sometimes worse! The older girls have a clothes mess and the little girls a toy and stuffed animal mess. The boys never put anything away. The rest of the house looks good, except those rooms, because I want them to do it themselves and learn some responsibilty. They really only have it the way I want it if I threaten them or someone is coming over and they don't want to be embarrassed. I live with pigs.
Hey Michelle-glad you are back I was wondering where you had been yesterday. I didn't think I posted it but congratulations on the 5 Lb. loss! That is so fantastic! You are really cruisin'! :high:
Mel- your posts make me tired, after I read them I want to get a drink of water. Whew! You must be just a shrinkin' girl!
Ricci! There you are! Glad to see you post! Hope your back is "back" to normal soon. Yeah, I know that's terrible. I'm kinda in a goofy mood. :dizzy: Sorry. Hope you feel better! :D
Steph-Glad you had a good time with Penny at the Gym. Burn time flies when you are laughing!
Deana-Glad our closest McD's is more than 25 miles away! Why are they such packrats? What are you going to do with all your vases that you painted? are they for yourself or to give away or sell? You always have something going on. That is the secret to weight loss, always keep your hands busy!
Crystal- can't wait to hear how your appt. went! Hope you are feeling good today!
Geri- have you ever thought maybe something else is going on with this "sick" business? Allergies? Mold? ???? I've been here since Oct. and you have always been sick since then. That's a long time! You will take off the extra weight, you poor thing, you sound very overwhelmed! ((((hugs)))) Take care of yourself!
Jeniqua- That " as soon as I get one room cleaned they come behind me and mess it up..." yup! I feel like a hamster on one of those wheels, and as for the older children they are mostly only here in the late afternoon. Not alot of time spent cleaning, just the kitchen, or some heads would be rolling! Are you having fun having dh home? Hope he feels better!
Gretchen- glad that you had fun at curves! Enjoy your soup!
Hey Penny- isn't it nice to have a workout buddy? Make the time go faster!
Hope you are doing great on the challange! Days to finish...minutes to destroy. Like Tazmanian Devils! Several of them!
Hey Jillybean- how is everything? I hope you are all getting rested and well! :D
Hey I just noticed that Steph and Gretchen are on the intro-post. Why didn't I think of that? DUH! Well, I hope I didn't leave anyone out! I'll be back after supper to chat some more. TTYL
01-11-2005, 08:01 PM
Made it to Curves today  Not nearly as good as last month's WI and measure. But I knew with the holidays and TOM here it would be a bit dissapointing. I lost 1.5 lbs and 1.5 inches in the last month. So total lost in 2 months of membership is 10.75 lbs and 10.5 inches. I am going to get busting butt back in there whether it makes dd mad or not. I have to get rolling again.
Chris: Not to worry, I don't think I'll be disappearing anytime soon  There's still plenty of me here!
Michelle: We missed you g/f! Sounds like you're busy. Hope school is going great for you. Thanks for the Mahvalous :D .
Ricci: OUCH! Take care of yourself and get some rest. How is school going? When I reach goal I want to so something different with my hair, maybe I'll have to make a trip down south to see ya and you can "do" me up
Mel: Sorry about the mouse. They don't bother me much. We live in the country so they are normal around here. It started getting cold so I set traps and dh kept emptying them and we caught 7 of them on Saturday. I think I still have 1 or 2 more so I'll set again tonight. He can take them out in the morning ;) .
Crystal: Are you back from the Dr. yet? How did it go?
Roxy (my e.t. ): I am painting the vase to sell at a booth at our Country Fair in Sept. Booth space is only $25 and I know I can make that back very fast. It is a Saturday only from 8-5 and lots and lots of people there from all over the area. So far I have 17 done in various sizes and designs, and about 5 more in the works. It is so relaxing, I just can't stop myself....lol.
Well, dh is sleeping and I need to start on supper. I'm thinking leftovers. Probably no one else is but they don't cook so tough cookies, right?!?
If I don't get back tonight I am more than likely painting ;) and I will see you all in the morning. Have a great night.
01-11-2005, 08:24 PM
Okay, this is quick, after the doc, I had a blowout and had to wait for dh to get that fixed so me and the kids could go to Walmart, finally got home, put away the groceries, am going to eat dinner and then clean the kitchen. Haven't decided if the kids are dirty enough for a bath yet or not, LOL!!
The doc went well. The baby has dropped a bit and I'm dialated to a 1 cm. It's progress as the doc said. He thinks I'll make it another week but doesn't seem to think I'll make it to my due date. So that's it with me.
I've got to feed my kids. Thanks for all of you that were concerned. I'll try to get personal later.
01-11-2005, 08:46 PM
Hello ladies! I am back from the gym. I am still sore but feel great. I stayed OP again today and even managed to drink 100 oz of water again too. How did everyone else do today?
Roxy~ You want to come over to my house and teach my daughters discipline :smug: ? I seriously think they think I'm a joke :sp: . Whenever I tell them to do something they just look at me and laugh. If dh tells them on the other hand they jump, he doesn't even have to raise his voice. What's up with that  ? I can yell and it doesn't even phase them. He's normally not even home all week. Dh is doing much better , thanks. We still don't know how long he's going to have to be out of work yet. We will find out on friday when he goes to the dr.
Mel~ Girl, Whew  !! You really are doing great :cb: :cb: !! Don't lose your motivation, keep it up :bravo: ! You should be very proud of yourself.
Deana~ You go girl!! All your hard work is paying off. Go Deana :cheer: , Go Deana :cheer: Go BTW, your vases are beautifu :) l!! I would buy one from you if I were close by :D .
Michelle~ I hope you're having a great day  . Oh, dh and I tried your apple cobbler because we both wanted something sweet but low fat.. It was sooo good :bravo: !! Hope to chat with you again soon :D .
Chris~ Thanks for the compliments :) . Yes, I have a twin :smug: . She's older by 5 minutes, so techniquely I am the baby. We look nothing alike. She has recently lost alot of weight on the Atkins :cp: (I prefer the SBD). She was a size 26 and is now a size 14 :o ! I am soo proud of her. We are very close and I couldn't imagine my life without her. My family wanted to be difficult though.. They named me Jeniqua and her Jenique. Can you believe that :dizzy: ? I'll have to tell you some funny stories about us sometime. Did you stay OP today? I know how you're feeling TOM just left me.
Jill~ How are you and your family today? It must be soo nice to be back home in your own bed :grouphug: .
Crystal~ So, what's the scoop on your dr's appointment :) ?
Penny~ It must be nice having a friend to go to the gym with. It makes the time go by faster. I'm trying to get my friend Tricia to come workout with me. We used to workout and run together. You're doing great :dancer: !! I just love that it seems like we've all gotten a boost of motivation lately and I love it :cheer: :cheer: !!
Kristin~ Hey girl! I know you're busy with your grandma but I wanted to say hi and let you know that you're missed here. :grouphug:
Ricci~ I hope you feel better soon. Here's to a speedy recovery.
Well I better go put the kids in the tub so I can go to bed early tonight. These workouts and running really kicks my butt. Have a nice night all.
01-11-2005, 10:16 PM
Flying by... Yep that's me.....
My belly is hurting so I am gonna go lay down ;(
But I will catch up with you all tomorrow!
01-12-2005, 12:11 AM
I stayed op today and got all my exercising in. I took Tiana to the YMCA tonight for her basketball sign up. I'm thinking about getting a family membership. I ran into my cousin Alicia there. Her daughter wanted to play basketball too. She got a a membership yesterday. We were laughing because we both were checkin out the "stock" in there. We both wanted to see if we were the biggest one in there. She's really overweight too but she suffers from PCOD. So of course, weight is hard for her to lose and will always be an issue.
Jeniqua-You're parents must have had a sense of humor to give you two almost the same name. My co-worker is a twin and her parents named her Geraldine and her brother Gerald. What's up with that? Hey by the way...I read your post to Roxy. I have a hard time with getting my brood to mind too. I can yell and scream until I"m blue in the face and still get the same reaction..>NOTHING! My dh says one thing and they jump too. I wish I felt more respected and that I had some more authority. Don't know how to change things around and be an effective parent. Maybe I need to be on that Nanny 911 show or Dr. Phil...
Crystal-I am so excited for you. YOu'll be holding a brand new baby soon. I miss that but the stress of the older ones...I just don't think I can handle any more.
I don't want to get personal anymore tonight. I'm kind of tired and my contacts are bugging my eyes. Time to get them out and take a rest. I will catch up with the rest of you in the A.M.
01-12-2005, 02:22 AM
Ok ladies it's about time for me to get a good post in here lol. I was busy with school today and got most of it straightened out so I am feeling better about that. Bayley is doing good, she is still a little clingy and cranky but I think she will snap out of it before too long. We have an appt tomorrow morning to see how she is doing. The doc in Portland said it will be 6 months before her x-ray shows clear but she should be getting back to normal soon. She was up all night last night so I feel pretty wasted right now, she's up now too and needs to go to bed. I need to get her some motrin and her antibiotics and send her to bed. She's got tape adhesive and bruises all over her body from the 5 different IV's they had to put in her (not all at once they just kept colapsing) she had one in each side of her head, one in both arms and one in her foot. However she was poked about twice that many times since they could never find a vein. Yes she's my chubby little girl lol. Anway she was a trooper and I'm SO glad to be home, a week of hospital food and no exercise really got to me. I completely fell off the wagon. I haven't had a bottle of water in a long time, and know as soon as I get back on I will feel so much better.
Anyway I haven't done the challenge yet for the day but will later or maybe start fresh tomorrow. I am beat. My eating was good today besides the hot chocolate but I didn't have hardly any water and I need to get some in me since I have a bad headache right now.My mini goal was to be in the 130 by my birthday which is in 6 days but I'm thinking that's not going to happen since I've gained weight (guess I need to change my ticker lol). You all sound like you are doing really well, I am so proud!!
Chris good for you about being OP and maybe getting a membership to they Y. That would be great!! Monthly cybcles aren't my bag either LMAO. I'm having that problem right now. Between the bad eating last week and TOM I'm one hefty girl. Kind of scared to get on the scale but I know I need to so that I can have a new starting point.
Hi Penny! Sorry about your tummy! Is it from cruches or eating? Hope your feeling better, can't wait to chat with ya!
Jeniqua I loved the pics of your kids and family! Too funny about your sister being named Jenique lol YOu seem to be doing really well on the challenge too! Good for you! Hows dh, better I hope. What a way to start 2005 huh?
Crystal glad to hear everything is progressing with little Allison! How exciting, it seems like no too long ago you had like 4 months and now you have 4 weeks (or less it sounds like)! So happy for you! I can't wait to have another little baby, I just love that age.
Hey Michelle! You sound busy! Let me just say that after spending a week in the hospital with Bayley I have a new found sympahty for people who are there with kids that are really sick, like with cancer and those sorts of things. How scary! You are doing a great thing with your cancer stuff. Good for you!! Keep it up! Oh and not that you are wanting another project but the Ronald McDonald house that we got to stay in was so cool and accomodating that my mom and I are going to start donating. They have a list of kits they needs sent up, like a cookie making kit, bathroom necessities kit etc. They do some great things at that place. Super cool, just thought I would tell you about it. Hope work is going well with you, can't wait to chat again.
Hi Deana! I meant to comment on your pretty vases the other day too! How cute, did you just not have enough to do or something LMAO! You are always busy doing something and you are still losing weight, I'm envious!
Hi Roxy! I was doing flylady really good for awhile and then school started and it went all down hill, I bought the binder and everything. I think I need to get back on it so I can keep this house a little more organized. It worked really well for me so I just need to start again. I can't keep my house picked up after 1 kid, well 2 if you count dh, I don't know how you do it with 10!!!
Mel I'm with Roxy, I'm tired after I read your posts!! LMAO You are doing so good though, I can notice a big difference in your picks, you should be so proud!! You'll be below 200 in no time, I just know it!!
Hi Stephi!! I'm Jill, you can read about me in the intro post. I know you will love it here, how cool you and Penny are friends! That must be fun, she's a great gal!!
Hi breaking a sweat! nice to meet you! I know you will love it here! I do!
Ok I really need to get to bed, I'm beat. Back on track with the water for me tomorrow! I know that will make all the difference. I also need to go grocery shopping. Dh wants to lose weight with me this time so we need to go find him some lower fat options for his lunches and snacks. He makes me mad though cuz he eats WAY more than most people should and really doesn't have that much to lose. If I ate like that I would be way heavier than I am now. He'll probably lose fast too since Men lose faster than women, and I'm already pissed about that! lol Ok reall leaving now, Have a great night ladies!!
