I will be going to the store after my meeting and I need to know what you CAN'T leave off your list to help you through the week?

I like the Fat Free Pringles, Boca Burgers, Lean Cusines...

Help me make my list! Don't forget the snacks!!!!

Thanks!

I more thing on the salsa it goes great as a dressing on salad, topping on a baked potato and all for zero points!

Hmmm. I haven't been home for any amount of time recently.

brocolli, ground turkey breast, buttermilk,
luna bars, 1% milk, frozen oriental veg. mix (new to me,used to hate frozen veg.), frozen shrimp or fresh if avail., braising greens
good full fat cheese to top turkey casseroles, satsumas (seasonal fruit)

if i'm peckish, sushi

don't usually eat junkish food except for baked chips, 97% fat free turkey pepperoni on occasion

don't have blue bunny here (thank goodness)

afrikando ~ I think you win for the healthies selections I've read.

I don't shop other than for veggies as needed and chicken as needed. Oh, and salsa! What would the world be without the salsa????????????

You're got some good suggestions. I would suggest you sit down and make a menu plan for several days and make up your shopping list from your plan. I hate it when I want to make something and have to run to the store. Or on the other hand I buy something for my "plan" and then weeks later wonder what I was going to use the can of X for.LOL
Don't for get Pam regualar spray and the butter spray is good on pop corn. I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Spray is great on vegetables. And I vote for the Splenda loose in the pkg (not packets) instead of Equal. You can bake with Splenda and no aftertaste. Sugar free jello also. Don't buy a cheaper whipped topping. Fat Free Cool Whip brand is the very best.

One of my W W cook books had suggestions on stocking a healthy kitchen.
