WW Food and Point Issues - How many veggie servings in Wendy's salads?

I eat Wendy's Deluxe garden salads or Grilled chicken salads almost every day for lunch. How many servings of veggies do you estimate are in each salad?

I'm not sure about the veggies, but what are the points for them? What kind of salad dressing choices do they have?

Hi there,

The points for the grilled chicken are 4.2 and I don't use dressing....too much fat!
They have the low cal ranch, low cal italian and low cal french. However, low cal in each is between 9-12 grams of fat per pouch.
The garden salad is about 3 points......
