I've done atkins in the past but have decided to try SB as it seems to fit more into my NWOE( new way of eating
)
I just did a 24hr detox and am stating phase 1 today. I am trying to shed 30lbs min but would like to see my goal of 100-105 and MAINTAIN( havent seen that since I was 18 and got pregnant
)
