Smile New to the SBD
Hello,

I thought that I would take the time to introduce myself. I'm about to begin the SBD with my sister and her fiance in anticipation for my sister's wedding in July. I am 5'4" and I currently weight 169 pounds. My goal weight is 120 to 125 pounds overall, but I would like to lose at least 15 pounds before the wedding. I look forward to reading past and new posts, and good luck to everyone.

Wow! Thank you all for the warm welcome and encouragement. It is great to see how well all of you have done with your weight loss.

Nally, I am still in school to obtain my MLIS, so I am not yet a librarian. Soon, though! I love all things library science related.
