I'll go ahead and start the exercise thread. For those of you who are new to this, you would post your goal and then come in and edit your post whenever you exercise. The person with the most minutes becomes the Exercise Queen for the month. I'll be announcing the December Exercise Queen in the next few days so make sure you get your December totals in.

I totally forgot about the exercise challenge for December... and I actually did exercise!

So I am going to go for 30 minutes of exercise per day... mostly walking and yoga.... that comes to 930 minutes but I think I will make it an even 1000 minutes for the month.

Since I cratered on the exercise in mid-December, I really need to get back at it this month. I will do a 75 minute cardio workout 5 times per week and also a strength/flexibility workout 3 - 4 times per week.

December was a complete failure. Caught a bad cold/sinus thing that laid me low for a couple weeks. Then Christmas and it took awhile to return to the beach. Those occasional treats became a little too frequent and even though I still fit into my skinny clothes the scale says I'm up a couple pounds. :(

My goals this month, walk at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week, with strength training 3-4 days a week, about 15 minutes or so. Maybe get back to pilates 2 days a week.

Count me in, too! One of my New Year's Goals is a 6-day-per-week exercise habit, which if I do 30 minutes a day, comes out to appoximately 700 minutes per month. So that's the minute goal for me.
