hey spill, i did okay over christmas, i definitely didn't overeat but i didn't follow my plan as well as i had hoped. oh well, i'm back on the wagon now!!!

i am feeling sort of down about my arms. i hate them, and they have loose skin. don't get me wrong - they aren't crazy huge in proportion to the rest of my body, but just annoying. i am going to continue to do my arm exercises and just hope that the skin catches up some. i don't want to have cut arms or anything, just thin and toned. ok, enough of that.

i have a cold and its annoying, yesterday i had a hard time working out. i'm going to try to get through my workout today as best as i can.

spill, did you change your goal weight? you are going to disappear on us soon!

Hey Megan, I'm sorry your not feeling well, I hope you begin to feel better soon! I am very self conscious of my arms also. Story time: I once was out at a bar w/ some friends, and this older man came up and very loudly and drunkenly announced that I have the biggest arms that he had ever seen!!!! Talk about humiliating...like I'm self conscious enough! What a jerk, if I wasn't such a lady I would have liked to pour my beer over his head. So anyways, I would love to have Madonna's arms, then I think I would be happy, even with my little belly pudge Ok, I"m all over the place here..sorry!

Yes, I did change my goal weight..but, I would be happy with 160. Right now I have to lose a lb a week to get to 165 by Jan. 31st I think that is doable. I just am so SICK of the #170. ARghhh!!!!!
