Weight Loss Surgery - Need help with insurance

So Aetna will not cover ANY weight loss surgery after January 1, 2005. My compnay renews in April 2005 so I have until them to get this done. Unfortunatley my six months with my General Practioner will not be up by that time. If I don't get this done by April 1st I cannot have it done. Does anyone know of lawyers or have had to fight their insurance company
