General Diet Plans and Questions - Atkins

Hi all,

I have been on the Atkins woe (way of eating) since the second week of March and have lost 20 lbs.

I wonder if anyone else out there also LC's?

congrats on the loss:) up until 4 days ago, i was following atkins as closely as i could manage, but i couldnt stand the constipation, so now what i do is more like CAD.

My first three, four days I too was constipated, but added more salads and it took care of things for me. What is CAD? Sorry for the ignorance :)
