Snacks - Phase 1 - Similar to "lean turkey or ham roll-ups" but with a kick!

I like to take a piece of string cheese--I enjoy cheddar the most--and split it lengthwise. Then take each half of the cheese and roll it in a slice of turkey or ham...but put alongside it a pickled hot pepper! This is a great little snack, or it can even be the basis of lunch, and it really wakes up your taste buds! :)
