My real goal os to get into the routine again. I aim for at least 2-3 times one hour, which makes around 600 minutes. I would be happy with 480 though if I get into the routine and go exercising two times a week.

So I here challenge myself to do 700 minutes for the month of december, which is a 3-4 time a week committment to MYSELF.... Wow your all really keeping me accountable... Thanks........ :strong:

Well I am not looking to be Queen of exercising by no means! haha I'm just being accountable here! My goal is to go atleast a mile a day on the exercise bike. I am hoping to be able to go farther as time goes on but I have to start out with what I feel is achievable! It has been about 18months since I injured my knee and it is still about the same as it has been so it would seem I am just gonna have to learn to live with it since no one really seems to know what to do about it. So I'm off to pedal pedal pedal! teehee

OK. A new month = a new start. I missed the first week of the month because of working on our audit materials till 11 pm but thankfully that is over now. W2's in January though - YUCK.

This month, I will work into exercising ever weekday. My goal is 1410 minutes.

12-17-04: Oh my gosh, I am so far behind. Ok realistically, I'm changing my goal to 990 min.
