Hi ladies!
It's been a few months since I posted... after I finished P1 and a couple of weeks of P2, and had gone from 154lbs. to 142lbs., I sort of drifted away from 3FC and from the SBD, in its true sense.
However, I've continued to follow a modified plan... keeping up with basic principles, but not being strict and definitely indulging on a fairly-regular basis. Somehow, my body has continued to change its shape slightly and I am actually down to 138/139lbs.! It's a testament to the fact that eliminating sugars and white starchy foods 90% of the time, truly is good for a body.
BUT!! I'm not where I want to be just yet -- I still have a closet full of clothes from two summers ago that STILL don't fit (don't worry -- all very classic pieces, strong tailored lines and such, so I'm not jumping into old, out of style clothing!!) I just hope that Phase 1 will work again this time. It may not be enough of a shock to my system since I have been "dieting" (bad word!) for the last several months.
So... we'll see what happens. Looking forward to the support and sharing of this forum. It was invaluable the first time around, and now I'm back for round two!
