Happy Thanksgiving!
Anyway I am at work today (thanks to living in Canada), but hope all of you have a great time with family and friends. Please don't stress to much about what you should have or could have or would have done when it comes to food today, enjoy the time with your friends. I don't mean to rant, but over the last few years I haven't enjoyed myself as much due to worrying about pigging out and then binging etc... Food is food, friends and family are what is important! Basically don't base your enjoyment levels based on your food choices.
Lori: Nice to see you, hope all is well!! I am sure your weight is fine! That's a great goal to have to then start TTCing!
Kierie: I am sorry it's been rough for you the last few weeks. Cheer up! A few choices that were suboptimal happen.
Aimee: yah for being busy. My BF has had the week off and I am barely home. Today he is watching the game. It's a tough day though, it would have been his mom's bday.
Belle: hope everything is peachy!
