Ok. I've just bought a mini-stepper. A really simple one . It does measure the time and calories burned by session. The difficult is always the same. I wonder how should I use it? Everyday for one hour? Alternate days? I also have small weights (1.5 kg). i was thinking of one day doing the upper body exercises and some abs and the other days the stepper. what do you all think? I'm new to this exercise thing
