Here's a great recipe my family has loved for years and I've now discovered it's CORE!

Texas Cowboy Stew

Brown 2 pounds LEAN ground beef in large stew pot on stovetop. When it's nearly all browned, add one chopped onion. Continue cooking until meat is completely browned. Drain any excess fat. Add 2 cans whole kernel corn (DRAINED), 2 cans diced tomatoes (with juice), and 2 cans Ranch Style beans (with juice). Cook on stovetop for about 30 minutes.
