Lunch:
pork rinds (about 10)
sour cream (2-3 tbsp)
1 cup green tea
Snack:
1 low-carb ice cream bar
Dinner:
1 spinach salad w/bacon & chicken w/hot bacon dressing
1 coffee/blk
WATER: 80 oz
