Carb Counters - OP til New Years Eve Contract!!!

This is a contract with yourself to stay OP until New Years Eve, so your will look and feel great for the new year and start the new year off right!! :D

Starting today 11/16/04 I promise to myself to stay OP until New Years Eve and take it day by day. I make this promise to myself and I am saying it in front of every LC chick here so that we all can support eachother and feel good for eachother when we reach our goal together!!! We can do it!!!

If you feel like you need to, you may eat normally on these given days and only on that actual day, and then right back on plan.

Thanksgiving day: 11/25/04
Christmas: 12/25/04

(I put those days in for reality I believe that some people need to have free days like me and better to have a free day and eat when it is OK rather than cheat and feel bad about yourself) But only use them is you to.

Just cut and paste the contract and add your name if you like.
