Day 1 of boot camp. WOOHOO!!
I just have to remember that the LC brownies are ONLY to be eaten in a "eat or die" manner. I think I need to put them in the freezer :lol:

WOOHOO! I week back on induction and I am down 6.5 pounds! :) I am so excited about that! I am back!

OK, goals for this week:

1) keep drinking my water
2) take my vitamins everyday
3) As soon as I get the go ahead from my doctor.. back on the TM!

My asthma kicked in with this darn cold. I am calling the doctor today to see if I need to do anything else!

I am back for a second week of boot camp induction!

My goals:
(1). Stick to 20 grams of carbs or under.
(2). Exercise when my back allows.
(3). Eat sensibly on early Thanksgiving dinner (Sunday).
