That is fabulous news, Tammy! Yes, yes, give us excruciating detail about how ONE-derful it is. :)

I'm glad you're back, too! I remember you from when I first came to 3FC!

Wow...not only is Tammy in Onederland and oh so close to the big 50lb. milestone, but she quit smoking cold turkey and has been smoke free for four months! Wow, you're amazing girl - I had to do the two separately because I was sure I didn't have the strength to quit smoking (4 years ago) and lose weight (still in progress) at the same time.

You are now officially on my list of 3FC heros (geez, the list just keeps getting longer and longer - talk about motivation)! :cb:

Sorry about not posting sooner. The DH had the computer all fixed up and then we had virus problems. GRRRR...They just came out of nowhere and came from my folder on the computer at that!! I only go to 3 websites on the net...Anyways, we have protection now and a good firewall, so hopefully that will do it.

Thank you all for your kind words. Sarah, I'm not sure how I feel. I have gotten to this point before and failed. I guess I am keeping it very low key. I think that I don't trust myself to stay under 200 lbs. You would think I would be more excited. I'm not though. Is that normal?

I do have to add though that being here as helped me so much. I know that I do so much better when I can look at this everyday. But, I have also realized that I can do it on my own when I have to. Like when my walking partner bailed out on me. I still walked, and I still lost weight. I've really started to adjust to this being a way of life and not a temporary situation and my way of thinking reflects that.

I'm glad that I have all of you to be able to talk to and receive support. Some days it really keeps me going. I really missed being away from here. My husband give me a hard time about it playfully. *sniff sniff* You all are great!

I think it's normal, Tammy, but please don't sell yourself short. You've lost over 50 pounds! That's one **** of an accomplishment, you should be really proud. I'm happy for you and I know you'll follow this through to the end.
