Hello all today is the end of week 1 and I am happy to report I am down 9 lbs can you believe that I sure can't. I hope I can continue the loss without much cheating I am still having a hard time eating 3 meals and snacks I am definitely not a breakfast person but I get hungry in the evening around 8-9pm any suggestions? CONGRATS to all the pounds loss for all! :^: :^: :^:
Does anyone have any good crockpot recipes or should I just use the norm and skip the bad carbs in them?
