Monday, 11/8

Breakfast:
oatmeal - 160
2 coffee - 100

Lunch:
healthy choice weiner - 70
wheat hd bun - 70
nonfat strawberry yogurt - 120

Snack: 200

Supper:
chicken & cheese quesadillas - 400

Exercise: 50 minute 3 mile walk
Nov Miles = 5

Water: 80 oz

Total calories: 1120

1/2 cup oatmeal
6 oz yogurt ff
1/2 cup of 2%
and 1 tsp of pb i snitched while making dhs lunch (we're out of cold cuts!)
Lunch
2 slices whole wheat
1 slice bologna (dh hates it apparently)
1 slice cheese
mustard
apple sauce
Dinner homeade chicken soup with rice and beans and veggies

half and half
Lunch veggie pizza for one
dinner
prolly pork chops and cous cous with broc

grilled chicken breast - 200
mashed potatoes - 200

Exercise: 2 mile walk

Water: 88 oz
